I actually have been a proponent of advertising on school buses or by selling the names of school facilities.

The problem is; it will take a little getting used to since advertisers will want to target specific markets:

Case in point:

In case you had a hard time reading it, it’s an ad for McRib (which is coming back and boy am I glad!)

Or this one:

That one’s Sylvan learning centers promoting their program to register children for summers so they “don’t forget what they’ve learned over the school year.”

The district can even sell naming rights to schools and facilities including the KC Wright building:

I told you it would take some getting used to…

And if I had that kind of money, even this one…
